The main characters and notable figures Rockstar has revealed so far, from the two protagonists to the people around them in Vice City and the Keys.
Main protagonist
Jason grew up around criminals and grifters. After a stint in the Army trying to leave his troubled youth behind, he ended up in the Leonida Keys working for local drug runners. Meeting Lucia could be the best or worst thing that ever happened to him.
Main protagonist
Lucia's father taught her to fight from a young age, and that fighting eventually landed her in Leonida Penitentiary. Freshly released, she wants to build the better life her mother dreamed of, and Jason is a big part of that plan.
Jason's friend and Brian Heder associate
Cal spends most of his time at home listening in on Coast Guard communications and browsing the internet. He is suspicious of almost everything going on around him.
Vice City businessman
A Vice City local legend who turned his criminal past into a legitimate looking empire spanning real estate, a strip club and a recording studio.
Music entrepreneur and hustler
Always more hustler than gangster, Dre'Quan is set on breaking into the music business. He works with Boobie Ike and signed Real Dimez to Only Raw Records.
Music duo and social media personalities
Members: Bae-Luxe, Roxy
Friends since high school, Bae-Luxe and Roxy built their name through social media and music while shaking down local dealers. After a hit with local rapper DWNPLY, they are now signed to Only Raw Records.
Experienced bank robber
A confident veteran bank robber always looking for people willing to take big risks for big rewards. His reckless style raises the stakes of every job.
Drug runner
An old school drug runner in the Leonida Keys who has been smuggling for years out of a boat yard. Jason lives at one of his properties and helps with local shakedowns.
