GTA6GUIDES is an independent fan website about GTA 6. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. GTA, Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You agree to use GTA6GUIDES lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• break applicable law or encourage others to do so;
• harass, threaten or abuse other users, or post hateful or discriminatory content;
• post spam, scams, malware or deceptive content;
• impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use;
• scrape, overload or interfere with the operation of the website;
• share other people's personal information without their consent.

You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Sharing gaming contacts is always voluntary.

The Blackroom community is a place for GTA fans to meet, exchange discoveries and find people to play with. We may remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. Reports from members are reviewed, and blocking tools are available to every member.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Usernames must be unique and must not impersonate others or infringe third-party rights.

Original GTA6GUIDES content — our guides, research, text, design and original artwork — belongs to GTA6GUIDES. You may read and share links to it, but you may not republish it commercially or present it as your own.

We claim no ownership of third-party intellectual property. Official screenshots, game imagery and trademarks remain the property of Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or their respective owners, and are shown here for informational fan purposes with credits. Community map content is used under its stated license with attribution.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us the right to display it within the community features you posted it to.

The OG Founder Pass is a planned one-time payment of $4.55 USD at the current founder price, with no recurring charges. Checkout is not available yet and no payments are currently being taken. When checkout opens, OG benefits activate only after verified payment and are subject to the published Blackroom OG access terms.

“Lifetime” membership means the operating lifetime of the GTA6GUIDES membership service, not your lifetime or the game's. It excludes third-party products, separate purchases and services that never launch. The pass does not include ownership of GTA 6, access to unreleased Rockstar content or guaranteed discoveries.

The Blackroom waitlist is a free email reservation, not a paid membership, and you can request removal at any time. Our Refund Policy explains how payment issues are handled once payments open.

GTA6GUIDES is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be delayed or never launch. Information about GTA 6 is labeled by verification status (confirmed, reported or unconfirmed) and may change as Rockstar releases new details. We are not liable for decisions you make based on fan-site content, or for third-party services we link to or embed.
