REFUND POLICY

Checkout is not available yet, so no payments are currently being taken for the OG Founder Pass and no membership has been activated. The Blackroom waitlist is free and never involves a payment, so there is nothing to refund for it.

The OG Founder Pass is a planned one-time payment of $4.55 USD at the current founder price, with no recurring charges. Because it is a single payment rather than a subscription, there is nothing to cancel once purchased — a refund request is the way to reverse it.

Once payments open, if you have a payment or access problem — for example you were charged but your OG benefits were not activated, you were charged more than once, or you believe a charge was unauthorized — contact us at gta6guides@support.tech from the email address used at checkout. Include the approximate date of the payment and a short description of the problem.

Each request is reviewed individually against the payment record. Verified problems — such as a successful charge without activated access, or a duplicate charge — will be resolved by restoring access or issuing a refund through the payment provider. Other requests are considered case by case, taking into account the payment provider's agreement and applicable consumer protection requirements, which may give you rights beyond this policy depending on where you live.

We do not promise that every request will be approved, and we do not claim that all payments are non-refundable.

Payments are planned to be processed by Paddle, but the final refund arrangements with the payment provider are not configured yet. This policy will be reviewed and updated to match the final provider agreement before any payment is accepted. Until that review is complete, checkout remains closed.
